Today’s Travel Photo – Balloons Over Cappadocia

My brother and his girlfriend are traveling in Turkey, and he sent this photo the other day from a balloon ride over the Cappadocian valley at dawn. Looks like it’s a popular activity, and I can see why. What a gorgeous view.

  2. It did. You kind of want to hear “Flight of the Valkyries” if it didn’t happen to be the most peaceful red-eye flight ever. We landed in a horse field and had breakfast champagne while the horse started eating another balloon near by.
